Women's Artistic Gymnastics, often called "WAG," is an Olympic discipline that showcases strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and discipline. Athletes perform on four traditional apparatus: Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beam, and Floor Exercise. Each routine combines dynamic movements, elegant choreography, and powerful skills, demonstrating the athleticism and artistry of the sport.

At LIGHT Gymnastics, our experienced Coaching Team provides a supportive and encouraging environment for athletes of all levels. From Developmental to Competitive, our program encompasses Xcel, Compulsory, and CPP levels 6-10, offering a pathway for every athlete to shine.

Through WAG, athletes not only develop physical capabilities but also build confidence, resilience, teamwork, and respect. We are committed to keeping parents informed and involved throughout their athletes' journey, fostering a community of growth and support.
