Acrobatic gymnastics, often called "Acro," is a discipline of gymnastics where athletes work together in pairs or groups to perform routines that combine acrobatic elements with dance and tumbling.

This dynamic sport emphasizes strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and trust among teammates. Each routine includes a variety of lifts, throws, catches, and balances, where gymnasts use each other as platforms and supports to create stunning shapes and movements.
